As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our clients every step of the way. About the Role: Remote Customer Support Representative We are seeking an experienced and seasoned Customer Support Representative to join our Remote Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your expertise will be essential in assisting clients with account adjustments, appointment scheduling, system navigation, and answering general questions. You will also be responsible for de-escalating and triaging challenging situations, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates Communicate promptly and effectively with clients, providing clear and concise solutions to their queries Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology, demonstrating a strong passion for health and wellness Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues Utilize Hubspot Service (our CX platform) to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous, extensive Customer Service experience required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong knowledge of CX KPIs and processes, with experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms A passion for health and wellness, with a strong desire to empower clients to achieve their health goals Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Ability to work a 5-day week fully remote schedule, with hours from 2:30pm-11pm CST Sun-Thurs (first two weeks of training will be M-F, and Sundays are mandatory) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the health and wellness industry, with a strong understanding of nutrition, health, and fitness principles Familiarity with DEXA scan technology and its applications in health and wellness Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
