Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients Design and develop packages for internal clients, evaluating data needs, assuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders Interact directly with internal clients and coworkers to develop reporting and analytic solutions, as well as software design Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, and MS SQL Server A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to internal clients and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with reporting platforms such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying information structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) Database knowledge and experience with Hadoop, Oracle, and Oracle PLSQL Crystal Reporting experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
