About the Role We're currently looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Support Payments Operations team as part of our Chief Operating Office Operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience, and delivering first-class solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities Support financial products and services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience Identify opportunities to improve customer support experience and provide innovative solutions to internal and external customer problems Perform moderately complex customer service tasks, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Receive guidance from customer support managers and escalate non-recurring questions to ensure seamless resolution Interact with the customer support team on complex customer issues, providing expert guidance and support Provide training on regulations and procedures, as well as guidance to less experienced individuals, internal and external clients, to ensure that everyone has the knowledge and skills they need to succeed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent proven by one or a combination of the following: work experience, education, military experience, training A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to putting our customers at the heart of everything we do Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be highly desirable: Ability to listen and elicit information, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Basic Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to navigate multiple PC systems, applications, and use search tools to find information Ability to troubleshoot common computer problems and knowledge of foreign and domestic wire transfers processing Knowledge and understanding of financial services or call center environment, with strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Ability to provide strong customer support while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer problems Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner, with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability, with bilingual speaking skill in Spanish/English being a plus Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
