Key Responsibilities As a customer support representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer queries. Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to ensure prompt resolution. Fulfilling requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to the relevant departments or teams. Maintaining our call center database by entering information and documenting customer interactions to ensure accurate records and seamless follow-up. Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, knowledge management, and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and processes. Developing appropriate reporting requirements as directed by supervisors or managers to ensure compliance and quality standards. Handling Subject Matter Expert inquiries and assisting other team members to ensure knowledge sharing and collaboration. Assisting in the training of new hires and participating in quality assurance activities to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in computer applications, software, and technology, including CRM systems and call center software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be an advantage in this role: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of industry-specific products, services, or regulations. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills. Experience with quality assurance, training, or coaching. Certifications or specialized training in customer service, call center operations, or related fields.
