Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining high levels of speed and accuracy, and identifying any discrepancies in the data received. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities Work in a remote setting, handling data entry tasks from captured images, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain speed and accuracy in data entry tasks, meeting productivity standards and deadlines. Identify and report any discrepancies in the data received, ensuring data integrity and quality. Stay focused and detail-oriented throughout your tasks, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve processes. Available Shifts We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your schedule and preferences. Our available shifts include: Full-time: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 5:15 am to 3:45 pm (must be flexible for 8 to 10-hour shifts and occasional weekends), and 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 2:00 am (must be flexible for 8 to 10-hour shifts and occasional weekends). Part-time: Saturdays and Sundays only, with 1st Shift, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, and 2nd Shift, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Willingness to pass a background check and drug test, as a condition of employment. High School Diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education. Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute on a typing test, and accuracy in data entry. Dependable with a strong commitment to attendance, punctuality, and meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in data entry, with a proven track record of accuracy and productivity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Attention to detail , with a focus on accuracy and quality in data entry.
