We are experts in activities, interaction, and productivity, and we drive food and food services, including renewal, stock accuracy, sanitation, display, pricing, and promotional signage processes for all Food and Refreshment areas of the store. **Job Summary** As a Remote Customer Service Representative on the Food and Refreshment team, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience in our stores * Driving sales and achieving business objectives through effective planning and execution of daily/weekly responsibilities * Leading a team of hourly colleagues, including meeting, creating, teaching, assessing, and holding ability * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive sales * Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends and products * Assessing and suggesting candidates for open positions and fostering a guest-driven team * Leading group onboarding and acquiring and closing knowledge and skill gaps through training and experiences * Establishing clear objectives and expectations and holding colleagues accountable to expectations * Completing all Starbucks or Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications * Exhibiting a culture of moral directness, health, and compliance; leading the team to work similarly and holding others accountable to this responsibility * Leading and creating a safety support culture by understanding what safety means for your job and that of your team, recognizing and revising hazards, and holding the team accountable to working in a safe way to help themselves and others * Showing a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development, displaying inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias * Addressing store needs (crisis, administrative visits, etc.) * Accessing all areas of the store to answer guest or colleague issues * Supporting guest services, such as backup clerk, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) and maintaining a compliance culture while executing those responsibilities, like compliance with government, state, and local adult beverage regulations * Any other responsibilities based on business needs **What We Are Looking For** We may be an excellent match if: * Working in a fun and enthusiastic environment makes you excited?
