Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Customer Service Representative - Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from clients, providing them with expert advice and solutions for their property and casualty insurance needs. This is a 100% remote position, including training, which will take place from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, for two weeks, followed by one week of nesting. After completing the training, you will work on a flexible schedule between 8 am - 9 pm, Monday to Friday, with one weekend a month on a rotating schedule, eventually transitioning to a permanent shift. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from clients, providing them with expert advice and solutions for their property and casualty insurance needs. Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of blithequark's brand and our insurance products. Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently. Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times. Build strong knowledge of products and services offered by blithequark. Provide a WOW! experience for our customers, exceeding their expectations and delivering exceptional customer service. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have: A current active resident property and casualty insurance license - General P&C, NOT Personal Lines - in a minimum of 35 states, but preferably all 50 + D.C. Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment. 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Proven attendance reliability and a flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings and weekends. High school diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment. Insurance industry sales experience. Service industry and/or Contact Center experience. Ability to operate in a fast-pace, multi-tasking environment with deadlines. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills. Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills. Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections. Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail. Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines. Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet.
