Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to stay connected and engaged with colleagues and customers. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Certifications or training in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or similar, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
