The role begins with a comprehensive week-long training session from 8 AM to 5 PM, designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position. After completing the training, you will transition to the third shift schedule, working from 11 PM to 7 AM. Key Responsibilities As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional financial service support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Engaging with clients through inbound and outbound calls to discuss financial products, services, and arrangements, ensuring that all interactions are professional and informative. Diligently documenting all client interactions and transactions, ensuring that all data is accurately captured for future reference and compliance purposes. Utilizing basic business math to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner. Communicating effectively with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all verbal interactions, and maintaining sensitivity, tact, and professionalism under all circumstances. Processing payments meticulously, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions, and evaluating loan applications using detailed analysis through advanced software tools to determine applicant eligibility. Keeping clients informed throughout the loan application process, ensuring they understand all aspects and obligations, and staying informed of the latest trends and updates in financial services to enhance client interaction and service delivery. Multi-tasking effectively, managing conversations and documentation simultaneously, and maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications: Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication, with a proven ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. High school diploma or GED; further education or certification in financial services is a plus, and will be considered an asset in your application.
