Align with arenaflex strategies, techniques, and norms of ethics and integrity by executing related activity plans, utilizing the Entryway Strategy, and applying these in executing business cycles and practices. Maintain a safe and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures, and taking care of customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Provide client support by recognizing customer needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, finding stock, resolving customer issues and concerns, and promoting arenaflex products and services, while maintaining a safe shopping environment. Process customer transactions, operate register equipment, meet front-end performance objectives, pack items for customers, and place items in customer carts while following all safety and health procedures. Complete work tasks and needs by utilizing approaches, knowledge, and resources; collaborating with managers, colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders; recognizing needs, deadlines, and expectations; doing assignments; communicating progress and information; deciding and recommending ways of addressing progress opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, challenges, and feedback. Operate equipment, such as sales registers, smart devices, advanced applications, and related tools, to manage customer purchases involving suitable methods for various payment types and items sold. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and technology, including sales registers and advanced applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment. Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or similar retail products and services. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, depending on the location and customer base. Experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
