About the Role In this full-time remote position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and tenants, handling phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to provide accurate and helpful information, troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, keeping detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed. Key Responsibilities: Respond to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants Assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive customer experience and promoting arenaflex's values and mission Collaborate with team members to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our service Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track conversations and follow up as needed Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of our remote customer service team Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
