Job Overview We're seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team in creating and delivering a pivotal new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales journey. As a Customer Support and Client Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise in content creation, UI/UX, and digital marketing will be essential in optimizing the sales experience and achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities Act as the Content and Client Experience expert for our most critical new Sales Enablement program, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and challenging traditional approaches to working. Collaborate with program managers to map out the customer journey and identify opportunities to meet business goals. Orchestrate content from various sources, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels. Develop a style guide, maintain a library of all company content, and track performance metrics to inform content strategies. Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to validate assumptions and iterate on solutions. Work closely with IT and Product Management teams to design and implement solutions that drive sales growth, improve the customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency. Essential Qualifications 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong preference for experience working in a geo-distributed environment. Proven expertise in content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales growth. In-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex customer experience data into effective content strategies. Experience with content management tools, with Adobe Experience Manager being a plus. Adaptability, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and a strong capacity to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of sales enablement platforms and tools. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
