About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team in Kentucky. Essential Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a remote or call center setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, think critically, and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed to meet business requirements. Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a pet-related industry or with pets is a plus. Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medications, and regulatory requirements is desirable. Previous experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms.
