About the Role In this remote customer service role, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home in Indiana, providing fantastic customer service via inbound and outbound conversations over the phone, chat, email, and other communication channels. You'll use your excellent computer skills to research requests and accurately record the details of your calls and contacts.
