Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a full-time or seasonal representative, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service experience, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively interact with customers, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service and support Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless processing and minimizing errors Respond to online chat inquiries, providing prompt and helpful support to customers Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting performance targets Commit to extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring eligibility to proceed through training and certifications Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years of age or older Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a dedicated, private, and secure workspace Use a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period and have a cable/fiber broadband internet connection with a hard-wired ethernet connection Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period and complete a background check and health screening Possess moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a self-motivated and success-driven approach Preferred Experience: Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a Call Center Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish Bilingual, a plus What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members, offering a range of benefits and incentives, including: Paid training and full-time, seasonal temp-to-permanent roles Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to a competitive base pay of $14.50 - $16.00 per hour The convenience of working from home, with a collaborative and supportive team environment 401K Match and Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) Paid time off (PTO) and opportunities for career growth and advancement Our Culture and Work Environment At arenaflex, we pride ourselves on our positive and motivating work environment, where team members are encouraged to build each other up and support one another.
