About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and customer inquiries, responding to routine customer questions and concerns, and identifying and assessing customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction.
