Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services. Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients, as needed. Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability. Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience. Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service. Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs. Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position. Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of quality and integrity. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including: High School Diploma or equivalent; more education or experience may be beneficial. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills (ability to type 20+ WPM). Ability to ask probing questions and diffuse tense situations. Strong time management and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and accountability, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support. Technical Requirements To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment and technical capabilities: Your own Windows-based PC computer with the required technical specifications (Chromebooks and Macs are not compatible). Hard-wired, high-speed internet (>9 mpbs; check yours at Speed.com). A dedicated telephone (landline) or smart phone/device is required at all times during employment. USB Headset. Video Camera.
