About the Role As an In-Store Shopper, you will be an integral part of our Store Support team, working closely with our customers to prepare their online orders for delivery or pickup. Your primary responsibility will be to shop throughout our store for everyday goods, including food, household items, and other products, to fulfill our customers' orders. You will be the face of our company, representing Whole Foods Market and providing exceptional customer service to our Prime Now customers. Key Responsibilities Shop for and prepare online orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise Work efficiently to fulfill orders, meeting productivity and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized staging area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, cashier, and grocery, to ensure seamless store operations Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to provide the best possible experience for our customers Availability Requirements We are looking for team members who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. As our busiest times are on Saturdays and Sundays, we prefer candidates who are available to work during these times. You will receive your schedule up to 3 weeks in advance, and average shifts are 4-8 hours long.
