Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Care Rep 1, you will play a vital role in delivering premium service and building relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on demand and performance, offering a competitive pay range of $16.50/hr. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, chat, email, and social media Discuss logistics of packages, returns, and refunds, product questions, and warranty questions with customers Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions Utilize basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word to manage customer interactions and resolve issues Navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers to provide efficient and effective support Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous customer service experience, where you have helped answer customer questions and resolve issues. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via inbound calls, email, and chat.
