Job Overview As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities Handle a variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership queries Provide accurate and timely information about products and services, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are connected with the right dealerships Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers and generate revenue from their website traffic Summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing valuable insights for client review and feedback Qualifications and Requirements To be successful as a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary Ability to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM), with 40 WPM or above preferred Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Gaming experience is preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Essential Requirements Able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 am - 6:30 pm CST Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
