About the Role As the first full-time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will have the unique opportunity to be trained directly by our founder and play a pivotal role in scaling our support operations. Key Responsibilities Your primary objectives will include: Learning the intricacies of our software product to effectively answer support questions and provide top-notch assistance to our users. Collaborating on the development and maintenance of our help center documentation to ensure it remains comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly. Testing the product to identify any issues, which will not only help in getting familiar with the platform but also contribute to its continuous improvement. Essential Skills and Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: Fluent, native-like English skills, as you will be communicating with customers and creating documentation in English. Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and preferably experience with online course platforms. A basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and its applications, particularly in setting up DNS for websites using CNAME and CAA records, would be highly advantageous. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position is $300 per month, which is negotiable based on your experience and qualifications. You will be engaged as a full-time freelancer, with the option to receive payments via wire transfer if you have a freelancer company, or through Upwork Direct contracts. Additionally, you will enjoy 20 days of leave per year, with the requirement to be available for work during specific periods, including from December 22nd to the first week of January and from mid-July to mid-August.
