Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base annual salary ranging from $37,440 to $43,680, depending on prior experience. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for monthly performance bonuses, ranging from $100 to $400, as well as company and individual team contests, with prizes and gift cards valued at up to $300 per month.
