Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service experience, engaging with customers over the phone, and responding to online chat inquiries. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive timely, accurate, and helpful support, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Deliver the highest level of customer service experience, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful Answer customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Reset passwords, assist with creating accounts, and upload documents as needed Provide general information and answer frequently asked questions, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our products and services Engage with customers over the phone and respond to online chat inquiries, utilizing your excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust Help customers manage their accounts, including verifying eligibility for coverages and reviewing healthcare options Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail/food service industry; high-level food service/retail background required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment and software High-speed reliable Internet connection (35mbps download speed or better) and a working computer/laptop with camera for the first 3 weeks of training Able to score at least 70 on Internet Basics Assessment and complete Internet Familiarization Assessment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication skills , with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving skills , with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve complex problems Technical skills , including the ability to use software applications and troubleshoot technical issues Time management and organization skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Adaptability and flexibility , with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
