Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Fluency in English, with Canadian French (Quebecois) fluency preferred. Ability to multi-task, perform well in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to change with the business needs of the company. Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, rapid navigation through systems, and internet searches to support customers. High school diploma or equivalent, with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. Must be able to pass a background check and meet the technical requirements for remote work. Technical Requirements To work remotely for blithequark, you will need: A dedicated work area that is large enough to accommodate computer monitors and is free from distractions, including background noise that may impact the customer experience. A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10Mbps+ upload speed), with the ability to test your internet speed and meet this requirement.
