Position Overview The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is a vital role at blithequark, responsible for receiving inbound calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. As a key member of our team, you will categorize all calls received, record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and perform other duties as assigned.
