Key Responsibilities Assist customers inside and outside our centers with blithequark products and services, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals, inventory, and other customer service tasks efficiently. Maintain and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition. Answer questions and educate customers about our products and services, promoting a positive and informed experience. Prepare rental invoices, accept equipment returned from rental, and perform other administrative tasks as required. Install hitches and trailer wiring, and fill propane tanks, with certification provided by blithequark upon employment. Operate a forklift, with certification offered through blithequark, to manage inventory and equipment safely and effectively. Participate in ongoing education and training through blithequark University to enhance your skills and knowledge. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be available to work part-time, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility is key, as you will be required to work both inside and outside our centers, including sanitizing trucks and performing other duties as assigned. Prior customer service experience and computer knowledge are highly desirable, as is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
