About the Role: Clinical Support Services Agent In this critical role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process incoming calls, gather essential information, and relay it to our team of clinicians. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer care and support Gather and document accurate information from callers, ensuring seamless communication with our clinical team Relay critical information to clinicians, facilitating timely and effective patient care Utilize strong active listening skills to understand caller concerns, providing empathetic and personalized support Manage multiple calls simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care and support Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
