Job Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Virginia. As a Member Service Representative, you will provide exceptional telephone assistance to Medicaid members and providers, addressing a wide range of inquiries, from eligibility and provider changes to requests for ID cards. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding experience to every caller, every time, leveraging your strong customer service skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs Provide accurate and timely information, resolving issues efficiently and effectively Utilize high-speed internet connectivity via a secure ethernet cable (Wi-Fi not permitted) to access our systems and tools Participate in comprehensive training programs, including an initial 6-week training schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday) Work from home, demonstrating self-sufficiency and the ability to manage your time and workload independently Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must: Reside within 50 miles of Richmond, VA, and be able to commute to the office when necessary (e.g., due to prolonged technical issues) Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members and providers Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals Have a high school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working remotely in a call center setting Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare What We Offer: At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the well-being and growth of our team members.
