Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving basic support issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include researching, troubleshooting, and processing address changes, customer orders, and billing/payments/disputes. You will also be responsible for documenting all your work and escalating calls to an appropriate Product Support Specialist as needed. With our center operating 24/7, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support by phone, email, or instant message to consumers, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues. Escalate more technical product-related issues to the proper product support department. Process a high volume of consumer inquiries about banking products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries. Troubleshoot customer issues, identify the root cause of the issue, and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve the customer issues. Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer issues. Update customer information, ensuring accurate entry of contact information. Meet standards of the job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time. Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced peers. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: High school diploma or GED. At least one year of call center experience. At least one year of customer service experience. Knowledge of banking products, services, and business operations to enable resolution of customer inquiries. Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer navigation and operation skills. Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
