About the Role As a Remote Beauty Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing client support, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering general support via phone and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, and your goal will be to deliver a world-class customer experience that exceeds their expectations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, navigating through multiple applications, reading, typing, and communicating with clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Key Responsibilities: Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone, chat, and other communication channels, including product purchases, service and quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues. Demonstrate high standards for quality service, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and taking ownership to resolve customer situations. Keep up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, assessing industry trends, and working in tandem with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations. Maintain an open communication line with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager for support and personal development. Maintain business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism when dealing with all client contacts, and adhere to all schedules and deadlines. Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management, and communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an amazing combination of agile thinking, high energy, passion, and persistence. You should have a strong desire to be helpful, take ownership to resolve customer situations, and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, including clear diction, tone, and knowledge of proper grammar. You should be a positive and enthusiastic team player, driven by delivering results, and have a history of good attendance and punctuality. Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry. Comparable experience in an office environment, with exceptional written communication skills and the ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume. Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen. Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and written communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations. Experience in windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools, and excellent data entry skills with a minimum of 45-55 wpm. Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigating through multiple applications, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in windows-based applications, and excellent data entry skills. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering results and exceeding expectations.
