Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our clients via phone and chat. As a Remote Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing general support. Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases, service and quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues. Demonstrate high standards for quality service and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude in all client interactions. Keep up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, assessing industry trends, and working in tandem with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations. Maintain an open communication line with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager for support and personal development. Maintain business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism when dealing with all client contacts and adhere to all schedules and deadlines. Strictly adhere to key performance indicators (KPI) as set by management and strive to exceed quality goals and KPIs. Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. Essential Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry. Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged. Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently and exceptional written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume and commitment to client service and high-quality standards. Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and written communication skills. Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations, and advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner. Must be computer literate and internet savvy, with experience in windows-based applications and client relationship management tools preferred. Excellent data entry skills with a minimum of 45-55 wpm and ability to work in a dynamic shift environment with flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts. Preferred Qualifications Bilingualism in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. Prior experience in live chat, beauty and cosmetics, call center, or customer service is preferred. Technology Requirements Windows-based computer with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM and 40 GB of available space. Dual monitors with a minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) and 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p). Hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 45 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
