About the Role The Customer Practice Manager will play a critical role in leading and supporting transformative customer programs during the pursuit, solution, and ongoing engagement stages. You will develop a long-term ProServe strategy and execute against that strategy within our Media & Entertainment vertical in the United States. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will drive strategic and financial value through promoting and selling transformational ProServe programs, while managing all aspects of business development, deal structuring, deal support, and ensuring delivery excellence and project closure in assigned accounts or territories. Key Responsibilities Lead business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation Execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and platform bookings in the near term Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the arenaflex account team (direct sales) Establish executive relationships across business and technology groups, including executive sponsorship of programs Establish an internal network at arenaflex, including critical organizations such as the account team, partner team, global services organization, finance, and legal Assume the role of strategic advisor and expert with deep knowledge of the cross-section of the customers' business and the cloud ecosystem Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets with deal structure aligned with defined customer outcomes and arenaflex ProServe business objectives Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the ProServe team Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience 5+ years of Media & Entertainment industry experience 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT transformation programs Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations Domain expertise in 2 or more of the following areas: content production, media supply chain, direct-to-consumer/streaming, customer data platform/audience monetization, and generative AI for Media & Entertainment workloads Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong business acumen and understanding of the Media & Entertainment industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive business growth Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
