Key Responsibilities Promote and sell air journeys to the traveling public or freight forwarders Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance Interpret authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments Meet and dispatch aircraft within set-up times Provide assistance to troubled passengers and clients Protect company properties and revenue Ensure a safe journey for our clients Possess the physical capability and dexterity to apply motor skills to perform various job-related duties Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time period Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations Follow internal/external regulations and procedures May be required to drive and operate air stairs to enplane and deplane passengers Responsible for the overall performance within the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control functions, including air-to-ground communication as well as Tower functions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language Bilingual language skills are required in some locations Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable Must be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays Must report to work on a regular and timely basis Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Knowledge of the air travel industry or freight forwarding Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
