Job Overview arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a vital partner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our annual performance objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your assigned customer geography. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business development strategies and deliver continuous execution and support for all customer programs Provide guidance to arenaflex Senior Management on customer needs and additional business opportunities Represent arenaflex as a trusted partner to clients, negotiating new agreements and contracts to support business objectives Develop comprehensive annual growth plans for each customer, following channel pricing guidance Work closely with NAOU key account teams to maximize shared objectives, results, and performance Lead the business planning process with NAOU account groups to enhance brand image and activation, supporting both long-term and short-term targets Ensure seamless and timely communication, providing suitable tools and performance tracking to arenaflex Bottlers and field teams to guarantee flawless execution of key initiatives Engage key Bottler personnel to drive specific customer performance and execution, supporting overall business needs Collaborate with customer service teams and surveys to identify systemic issues and provide solutions to ensure all situations are resolved Develop and leverage high-level relationships at significant accounts Provide channel, brand, and category insights and expertise to clients, Bottlers, and NAOU account teams Ensure impeccable execution of customer projects and initiatives through clear and concise communication Conduct client outlet visits with Bottlers, NAOU, and clients quarterly to gain insights into opportunities and challenges Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field 7+ years of direct sales experience in the beverage industry, with a proven track record of successfully selling into multiple retail channels At least 5 years of experience approaching key clients, such as Compass, Sodexo, or Aramark A self-motivated and highly organized individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building brands, new products, and long-term growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of business professionals A reliable, diligent, and proactive team player with a positive attitude and a creative mindset Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and a solid understanding of Nielsen/IRI affiliated data Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service and sales Knowledge of value management, key account management, and marketing strategies Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate business needs and develop effective solutions Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
