Conduct follow-ups with providers to obtain any missing information, ensuring that all necessary data is collected in a timely manner. Accurately input data to confirm prescription coverage, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. Manage approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather essential information, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center. You will also need to have exceptional attention to detail, combined with strong communication abilities, and be proficient in managing tasks related to both fax and phone communications. A proactive attitude towards learning and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also essential. Essential Qualifications Residents of Massachusetts are required for this position, as per arenaflex policy. Proven experience in customer service is essential, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
