Responsibilities Applying polite and customer-service-focused communication that adheres to federal and state guidelines on every call Attempting to resolve account balances by engaging with consumers to determine the best possible arrangement Partnering with Team Lead and/or Operations Managers to solve unique and/or complex matters Working collectively and supporting each other to ensure top-of-the-line customer and quality service Skills Customer service and/or call-center experience Computer proficiency, including Microsoft software applications, the ability to multi-task across multiple applications, and navigate between multiple screens, etc Assertive, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills Ability to adhere to a regulated and structured work environment, including reading scripts Customer-service-focused with sensitivity to individuals experiencing grief and loss High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual fluency in French and English required Benefits Access to PCA’s Global Career Path for employee development.
