About the Role In this Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative role, you will serve as a Retention Specialist, playing a vital part in the growth of our organization. Your primary goal will be to retain customers who are considering canceling their services, by providing expert problem-solving skills and recommending long-term solutions. You will handle a high volume of incoming calls, acting as an expert in retention and sales, and leveraging your exceptional communication skills to deliver award-winning customer experiences.
