Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for connecting with inbound callers, emails, and chats to promote the uniqueness of our programs and services. You will work closely with patients and caregivers to educate them and assist them in beginning the application and enrollment process. Your goal will be to provide high-level customer service through one-call resolution, demonstrating our values of ensuring care and compassion with a positive, helpful demeanor. Key Responsibilities Connect with inbound callers, emails, and chats to promote our programs and services, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Work closely with patients and caregivers to educate them on our services and assist them in beginning the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Provide necessary documentation and requirements to the State Department of Health, patients' insurance, and patients' caregivers to ensure services will be authorized in a quick and efficient turn-around time. Demonstrate a high level of customer service through one-call resolution, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Consistently meet monthly performance metrics of creating cases and call handling, ensuring high-quality cases without errors by using available guides and ensuring accurate data. Utilize Salesforce to articulate case statuses through detailed notes, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with patients and caregivers. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Experience with telephonic sales, with a proven track record of success in managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. A passion for providing high-level customer service, including the ability to show empathy, active listening, and patience in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer proficiency, with excellent typing skills and the ability to leverage technology to resolve customer issues and manage cases. Ability to resolve issues over the telephone with eager clients comfortably, demonstrating a positive and helpful demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, with a focus on healthcare or a related field. Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex issues.
