Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interaction, leveraging your sales and customer service expertise to: Utilize your sales acumen daily to upsell and persuade customers, enhancing their home security experience while minimizing dissatisfaction. Manage back-to-back calls with professionalism, empathy, and care, ensuring each customer feels valued and understood. Apply exceptional de-escalation skills to resolve escalated calls efficiently, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes. Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Essential Qualifications To thrive in this role, you'll need: A commitment to attendance adherence during the training period, ensuring you absorb the knowledge and skills required for success. A private, distraction-free workspace that allows you to focus on your work. High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 25mbps and an upload speed of 15mbps. At least 2 years of sales experience, demonstrating your ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. A minimum of 2 years of call center customer service or sales experience, showcasing your ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
