To ensure the security and integrity of our operations, all candidates must undergo a background check and fingerprinting process to obtain Public Trust clearance. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to retired members and their families, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
