Job Overview The successful candidate will have a passion for people, process, and impact, and will play a key role in the development and execution of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management. As a Remote Customer Service and Project Management Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading the project management of high-value initiatives across the Reservations division, including project planning, execution, and closure. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining project artifacts, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and fostering effective communication and collaboration across different teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the project management of high-value initiatives across the Reservations division, including project planning, execution, and closure Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project contracts, project plans, risk and issue logs, and repositories Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively Foster effective communication and collaboration across different teams and stakeholders, including cross-functional ideation and partnership Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management Establish and maintain effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional blithequark teams Support the development and growth of the Reservations PMO capability and the establishment of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional organizing, planning, and creative problem-solving skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization and build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
