Key Responsibilities Performing data entry of claims information into the claims management system with high accuracy and attention to detail. Following up on missing information to ensure claims can be processed efficiently and effectively. Reviewing invoices to verify accuracy and completeness. Compiling reports using claims information to provide insights and support business decisions. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older or able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract. Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to provide proof of work authorization. High school diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software. Typing proficiency, with a minimum of 40 words per minute. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment. Strong knowledge of claims management systems and data entry software.
