Key Responsibilities Communicate directly with clients via phone and in-person to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise Ensure that freight is moved efficiently and safely, in accordance with company policies and procedures Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their shipments Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may impact the movement of freight Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have a strong focus on customer service. You will also need to have a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Additionally, you will need to be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in a fast-paced environment.
