Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on our customers' lives, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner * Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services * Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on the best destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations * Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages * Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary * Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools * Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times * Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents * Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base * Working collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience * Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need: * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Strong problem-solving skills * Proficiency in written and verbal communication * Comfortable with technology and able to work effectively in a remote setting **Work Environment** As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you will work in a fully remote setting that requires a quiet, dedicated workspace.
