Key Responsibilities and Duties Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding. Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services, providing expert advice and guidance to clients to meet their unique needs. Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and recommend suitable destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations, ensuring that all options are presented clearly and concisely. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools, staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies to maintain expertise. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, taking the extra mile to engage clients and build a loyal customer base. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately and efficiently, following established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues efficiently. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to utilize technology to manage customer interactions and data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
