Job Position Description We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Marietta, GA. As a Remote Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing product and service information, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Answering calls, emails, and texts from customers, providing accurate and helpful information, and resolving issues in a polite, empathetic, and professional manner Evaluating customer needs and resolving customer issues via phone, text, or email, ensuring timely and effective solutions Helping to save appointments from customers requesting to cancel services, through effective communication and negotiation Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell, generating sales leads from calls, and contributing to revenue growth Answering and managing incoming and outbound calls and emails, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries Scheduling customer appointments for in-home quotes, ensuring seamless coordination and communication Aiming for customer resolution and return, through proactive issue resolution and follow-up Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear and concise information exchange Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and profile/account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and manage a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of successfully handling customer service calls Proven ability to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools and technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions and inquiries Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex customer issues and develop effective solutions Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we believe in promoting from within and providing opportunities for professional development and advancement.
