Key Responsibilities Modifying and enforcing community guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users. Deleting messages that violate the server's rules to maintain a clean and appropriate chat space. Banning or muting users who repeatedly violate the rules, following a fair and consistent disciplinary process. Investigating user reports regarding rule violations, taking appropriate action, and communicating decisions back to the community when necessary. Collaborating with other moderators and community leaders to develop and implement community events and activities that promote engagement and inclusivity. Staying up-to-date with changes in community guidelines, server updates, and new features to provide the best possible moderation service. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age or older.
