Key Responsibilities As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support to our clients' website visitors. This will involve: Responding to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately Promoting interest in client products and services Consistently achieving established standards of the position Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image Providing administrative support to the customer service team Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment PC keyboarding and internet experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role Ability to compose professional emails Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate through smartphone and computer applications An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an online chat or call center environment Experience with online chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Knowledge of website navigation and online marketing principles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple incoming requests for information Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
