Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues : Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by guiding them through step-by-step solutions, and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary for resolution. Maintain Accurate Records : Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and easily accessible. Collaborate with Team Members : Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and personalized experience. Monitor Customer Feedback : Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary for resolution, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Participate in Ongoing Training : Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, ensuring that you are always up-to-date on the latest products and services. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Proven Customer Service Experience : Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting, is highly desirable. Excellent Written Communication Skills : Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling are essential for this role.
