About the Role We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our business development and operations team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our executives, managing data, and driving business growth. Responsibilities As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for: Answering phones and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Managing data entry and record maintenance in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Microsoft Dynamics) Crafting personalized emails and messages to capture the attention of prospects and set up calls Reaching out to prospects via email, phone calls, and other methods to build relationships and drive business growth Arranging business meetings with prospective clients and ensuring seamless execution Assisting with Request for Proposal (RFP) Qualification & Response, including data gathering and document preparation Developing entry-level skills to move into a more prominent role within the company Completing various business development-related assignments, including market research and competitor analysis Opportunities for career growth in sales and business development Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Professional phone etiquette and excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with experience in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field, with experience in outbound calling (sales, fundraising, marketing) a plus Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders Authorization to work in the US What We Offer We're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
